This course was awesome. It allowed me to work at my own pace due to my work schedule. I also learned about the affects of substance and alcohol abuse. I will apply the information that I learned from this course in my everyday life. I will tell others in need of this course about what I learned. Thank you!

I will have to admit when i first started this online course i thought at first how boring it was going to be but really i am so glad i took the time to do the online course because i got to learn alot about not only myself but about the different types of alcohol and drug abuse as well tons of self help techniques and ways to get help , recover, and find out more about the type of person you really are and would like to become eventually. How it also brakes down the different types of drugs and how harmful each of them are and what could happen and how can they be prevented, it just taught me alot about myself and the kind of person i use to be the kind of person i wish i was the kind of person i can still become, great online course , helpful with all the knowledge, easy to understand and i think the little diary entries was probably my most favorite because it made you really think about your own life and choices you have made in life and the changes we should make and how we can make a difference in changing the way we live.
