Miss Stephanie, CAADC, CDVS-1, CPI, NMI, CI, NAMA

Miss Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Addiction Counseling and brings many years of teaching and curriculum development experience to her role as Director of Education for National Education Online School. She has designed and overseen educational programs in substance abuse, domestic violence prevention, parenting education, and behavioral change for diverse adult learners.

A Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Miss Stephanie has an extensive background working with individuals, families, and justice-involved populations in clinical, educational, and community settings. Her work focuses on evidence-based interventions, recovery support, and practical skill development that empowers students to make lasting life changes.

She is licensed or certified through NAMA, NADAI, NAADAC, APPA, and NLFA, and holds numerous advanced credentials, including Certified Domestic Violence Specialist (CDVS-I), Certified Parenting Instructor, Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, National Master Instructor, and Certified Interventionist.

In addition to teaching, Miss Stephanie develops specialized training materials, course curricula, and professional education programs used nationwide. Her training specialties include substance use disorders, domestic violence intervention, anger management, parenting education, relapse prevention, and recovery support.

Customer Support Manager

Mike

Mike serves as Customer Service Manager at National Education Online School, where he is dedicated to ensuring every student receives timely, respectful, and solution-focused support. With a professional background in the oil and gas industry, Mike brings strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a calm, practical approach to even the most complex situations. 

He is also a certified American Red Cross Instructor, reflecting his commitment to safety, preparedness, and community service. Mike takes pride in guiding customers through their educational journey, helping them overcome obstacles, and making sure they feel supported from enrollment to completion.

Administrative Assistant

Consuela

Consuela is the Administrative Assistant at National Education Online School, where she keeps daily operations organized and running smoothly. She holds a paralegal degree from community college. 

Consuela keeps our office running smoothly and is often the first friendly voice students speak with. Before joining NEOS, she worked in county government offices and law firms, where she helped families navigate complex paperwork and court requirements.
